Our Location
We are located in Santa Fe, Siargao, just a quick 15-minute drive from General Luna and only 500 meters from Santa Fe Beach and the Ocean 9 surf spot.
Coco Space, our coworking space in the beautiful Libertad Hills, is a short 7-minute drive from the house. If you need a rental bike, we can help arrange one for you since it is the easiest way to move around the island.
Our neighborhood is peaceful and residential, close enough to everything you need but far from the noise. You can walk to Santa Fe’s main surf spots, restaurants, and small stores for your daily essentials.

We co-create our weekly activities with the Coco Space community. We intentionally build and curate activities to be full of opportunities for productivity, wellness, and meaningful friendships.
More than 100 activities run between the coliving house and Coco Space every month. You are not only booking a place to stay. You are joining an active, international community in Siargao.
You can work from the communal coworking area, join conversations with other nomads, or stay in your private room where you already have an office table and ergonomic chair.
Fast internet flows throughout the entire property, so you can stay productive in any spot that inspires you.
Nomad-designed coworking and quiet productivity
Our kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook comfortably and enjoy real meals during your stay. You will find a spacious fridge and freezer for your groceries, an airfryer oven, a microwave, a blender, a kettle, a coffee grinder, and french press and pourover for slow mornings.
There is a food processor for big cooking days and a generous supply of free coffee beans, tea, and basic condiments to make everyday meals easy.
The heart of the kitchen is the eight-seater dining table, a place where guests gather for breakfast chats, shared dinners, and moments that turn strangers into friends.
Unlimited drinking water is always available so you can stay refreshed throughout the day.
