While island life comes with natural limitations, our system is built to support daily remote work, calls, and meetings reliably.

  • Yes. Communal Coliving is a solar-powered property with battery storage, allowing us to operate independently from the local power grid. This means better reliability during brownouts and a more sustainable way of living on the island.

  • During power outages, our solar and battery system continues to supply electricity, including internet. In rare cases of extended cloudy days or unusually high power demand, we prioritize essential systems such as WiFi, lighting, and fans to ensure residents can continue working comfortably.

  • Yes. All guests staying at Communal Coliving receive access to Coco Space, our solar-powered coworking space located about 7 minutes away. Coco Space offers high-speed internet, focus zones, call booths, community events, and a productive work environment designed for remote professionals.

  • Our minimum stay is 7 nights. Communal is designed for guests who want to slow down, connect, and become part of the community rather than short, hotel-style stays.

  • Yes. We offer weekly and monthly rates across our different room types. Monthly stays are popular among digital nomads who want stability, routine, and deeper community connections while living in Siargao.

  • We are located in Santa Fe, General Luna, Siargao, just:


        •    500 meters from Santa Fe Beach and Ocean 9 surf spot
        •    7 minutes from Coco Space coworking
        •    About 15 minutes from the main General Luna area

    Our location is quiet and residential while still close to surf, cafés, and daily essentials.
